Accepting Orders
DO NOT sign the delivery receipt...until you have inspected the shipment for any physical damage!! Packages leave our warehouse in good condition.
If you sign for the machine, you are accepting that the machine is in Good Condition prior to delivery. Do not limit your ability to collect damage claims. Refuse shipment or make exceptions such as: "Subject to Inspection." This MUST be noted on driver's paperwork!
There are no return or exchange when the trucking company has already delivered and you have signed and received the shipment in good condition.
How to place a service call
You can trust World Trade Copiers for quality on-site service nationwide. All calls before 11 AM will be completed the same day. All Warranty & Extended contract works are on-site and free of any charges.

• Registered Company's name
• Service Contract Number

Do I need a professional to set up my machine?
World Trade Copiers always recommends that a professional be used to set up your machine. Please call us and let us arrange for an authorized dealer to set up your machine properly if you are not sure how to set it up. The Manufacturer's Warranty does not cover problems that are caused by customer's set up such as toner spill, developer spill, poor copies, paper jam, etc.) .
• Customers that choose to set up their machines are fully responsible for any and all damages that occur.
What should I do if my machine is not working?
Call 212-267-0500 and talk to one our representative. World Trade Copiers will place a service call to correct the problem on-site if possible, otherwise we will ship you a new unit without any additional charges.
• Customer is responsible for any service call that is caused by improper setup or customer error. Please read and follow the manufacturer's set up and installation procedures accordingly.
• We can arrange for a professional to set up your machine.
New Product Information
World Trade Copiers is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of any new* products information. Although, we try to make sure all information are accurate, we cannot be held liable for misprints or misinformation which are provided on our website. Please check the information with one of our sales representative to confirm the accuracy of the new products information before purchasing online. Please be informed that if you decide to return the product, you will be subject to the following charges.
• Deducting a 40% restocking fee (on all returned / refused items).
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
• Deducting for missing or damaged items.
• Deducting for any opened supplies.
• Deducting for damage cause by misuse, improper packing or under insured.

Payment Terms
Prepaid, credit card provided at time of order. Orders may be billed to Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card. Your card will not be billed on back order product.
Replacement Machine

All replacement units are to be shipped back within 30 days from the date customers receive their machines. World Trade Copiers has the authorization to invoice and charge customer's credit card on file for any replacement unit that is not received by World Trade Copiers within 30 days. Customer is responsible to ship the unit back in the original packaging as it was shipped. Customer credit card will be credited once the unit is received and inspected within 30 days grace period. Customer is responsible for any damages caused by improper packaging during the shipping.
Software Compatibility
Since we don't have any data regarding customers network capabilities, World Trade Copiers can not be hold responsible for any error arises with the multifunctional features (scanning, printing, e-mail faxing, etc.) as indicated by the manufacturers on their products specifications. Please make sure to confirm your systems requirements with your IT manager before purchasing any multifunctional equipment.
• Be advise that customers are responsible for any additional charges that would be required for any multifunctional products to work properly with your computer system.
Improper Packaging
By purchasing any product, you agree to all World Trade Copiers terms and policies. By receiving an RMA number you authorize World Trade Copiers to charge your account or credit card on file for any or all replacement parts and labor in the event of damage caused by improper packaging.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to New York are subject to 8.75% sales tax.
On Site Service
All new equipment purchased from World Trade Copiers carry a 6 months limited warranty from the date of purchase covering defective parts & workmanship. This Warranty does not apply if, in the judgment of World Trade Copiers the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to the manufacturers standard usage. Repair by anyone other than World Trade Copiers or an approved service agent voids this Warranty.
Only World Trade Copiers can provide the same day, on site service nationwide for the best price, Whether you need a guaranteed response time, remote maintenance or on-site service, World Trade Copiers can deliver with our state-of-the-art capabilities and our broad foundation of experience. Our Nationwide Service Partners are factory trained to meet your unique service requirements. World Trade Copiers support team will first provide the technical support you may need to resolve the problem. If the problem requires on site repairs, we will dispatch one of our Auth. Service Partners in your area in minutes to minimize your down time when you need on-site maintenance. Why take a chance and buy anywhere else?
Service contract info
For just a few pennies a day, your system will be totally covered in your home or office for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years.

• Service in your home or office.
• Guaranteed 4-6 hours response time on all service calls or we'll pay you $10 an hour for every late hour.
• All brands and systems are covered.
• Service by your local authorized dealers.
• No deductible -- parts and labor included.
• No limit to the number of service calls.
• Wrap-around Service : we picks up where the manufacturer's warranty stops. That way, you're always covered.
• Personalized service contract that transfers if you sell the system.

1. Maintenance Agreement charges are payable in advance at the Annual Rate and on the Annual Payment Date. This Agreement shall become effective when we receives payment of the yearly charge specified. Our contract prices will stay the same for the first 3 years and are renewed automatically at the end of each year.
2. We shall provide all service calls necessary to maintain equipment in good and proper working condition within the operating guidelines provided by the manufacturer. All service will be provided during normal working hours (9:00-5:30, Monday-Friday). Exceptions shall be noted under Special provisions.
3. This contract includes all parts determined to be defective or replaceable due to normal wear and tear as noted in Paragraph 4.
4. This Agreement shall not apply to repairs made necessary by accident, customer error, misuse, abuse, neglect, theft, riot, vandalism, electrical power failure, fire, water or other casualty or any repairs made by other service personnel due to the foregoing shall be borne by the Customer.
5. Toner spill is considered an act of negligence and is not covered under this contract, except once per year if you are purchasing our supplies. Any toner spill after that will need a regular service call and the customer will be charged accordingly.

6. We shall not be responsible for delays or inability to service or inspect caused directly or indirectly by strikes, accidents, embargoes, acts of God, credit hold for invoices over 30 days or any other event beyond its control. The Agreement is not transferable to a third party.
7. When in our opinion a shop reconditioning is necessary because normal repair and parts replacement cannot keep a unit of equipment in satisfactory operating condition, we will submit a cost estimate of needed repairs which will be in addition to maintenance charges. If the Customer does not authorize such work, we may refuse to renew this Agreement for the unit.
8. We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement if the supplies used in the above equipment are not purchased from us. Exceptions shall be noted under Special Provisions. We will match your current prices.
9. We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement and can not be held liable or responsible for damages to the main board, laser assembly unit, L.E.D., printer gears & rollers, fuser unit and any other malfunctions that can be caused only by using Remanufactured toner cartridges.
10. This contract does not cover any software incompatibility. Customer is required to contact their IT person or call the manufacturer for any software inquiries .
11. All service calls beyond 8 mile radius are subject to a traveling charge of $35 due to the increase of gas prices. If you have any questions please contact our service department.
12. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Customer and our company with respect to furnishing of service. The foregoing terms and conditions shall prevail not withstanding any variance with the terms and conditions of any order submitted by the Customer in respect with our service.
13. This Agreement shall be effective (A) upon approval by the Company of the mechanical and approved operational condition of the equipment through inspection by our service department, and (B) upon acceptance of the Agreement by the duly authorized representative of the Company, and shall continue in force and effect for the period agreed.
14. This Agreement shall not cover use of the equipment under other than normal operating conditions or outside of normal design capacities (to be determined by our service department) except as noted under Special Provisions.
15. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed upon payment by the Customer of the amount for such period at the rate in effect at the time of renewal. This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time by ten (10) days' written notice. and if so terminated. the Customer's obligation to Pay all charges which have accrued shall service any termination of the Agreement.

Save 3% by paying by check
You can also save a charge of 3% processing fee for all credit card orders when you pay by check. Your order will be processed and shipped once we receive a copy of the check by fax. Please fax a copy of your check to 212-267-3376.
Order Cancellation
Customers are required to send written request to cancel any order within 24 hours from the date of their orders. Please email us at Custcare@worldtradecopiers.com. Orders that are shipped and refused by customers are subject to 40% restocking fee and return shipping charges.
30 Day Return - Exchange Policy
All supplies or equipments that have been opened or have a broken seal are not eligible for Return Authorization.
Only damaged or Factory-Sealed products are eligible for return under our 10 days return policy. You need to report within 48 hours after receiving any damaged merchandise. First you need to email us at Custcare@worldtradecopiers.com and open a return ticket request to obtain an RMA number
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): is NOT POSSIBLE for Damage claims (during shipping) or defective products without ALL packing material. RMA number WILL NOT be issued without original packing materials. All parts and components must be in the original packaging.
• Issues of software compatibility: must be addressed to the Manufacturers. There is no return on software compatibility with your systems. You may need to down load new firmware updates from the manufacturer’s website. Click here to contact the manufacturers. We don't offer any network support for out of ny city area.
• Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis. We will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. As soon as your product is received at the receiving warehouse, the RMA number is recognized and the item is quality checked, your account will be credited (credit card) within 7 days.
• Special Orders are Non-Refundable: such as Network Cards, Printer or Scanner Interface Boards, Memory card, Hard Drive, Electronic Whiteboards (Panaboard & Plus Whiteboards), Paper Handling Products, Optional Accessories are non refundable.
All return or refused products are subject to the following charges.
