HOW TO GET METERS ON KYOCERA COPIERS
KM-650, 830, 1530, 2030, 2530, 3530, 4030, 4850 AND KM-C830D:
There is a mechanical meter on right side of the machine (looks like the odometer in your car).
KM-3035, 4035 AND 5035:
Hit the default settings/counter key on the top of the copier, then on the touch screen press
counter check. There is a number under the word total-that is the meter to submit.
KM-C2030 AND KM-C3130:
Go into utilities, hit meter count, there will be 2 print meters (1 black & white and 1 color) and
there will be 2 copy meters (also 1 black & white and 1 color). Please make sure that you are submitting
4 separate meters.
KM-4500, 4530, 5500 AND 5530:
Open the front door, there is a mechanical meter on top left corner.
KM-6230 AND KM-6330:
Open the front door – there will be 2 mechanical meters; the correct meter will be the second set
of numbers on the bottom.
FS-3800, 8000 AND 9500:
Press the menu key, scroll down to life counters; hit the right arrow key, you should see a set of
numbers, that is the meter we need. To go back just hit the menu key.
KM-1010, 1510 AND 1810:
Press down the stop/reset key for approx. 5 seconds, it should flash f23 & then 2 sets of 3
numbers, write down all the numbers including zeros. Do not write down f23.
FS-C5016:
Press the menu key, scroll down until you see print status page and enter twice, it will then print
the page, please fax that to us along with the meter form we faxed you with your company information
on it.
KM-1500: hold down the clear key

HOW TO GET METERS ON SHARP COPIERS
AR-150, 151, 156 AND AL-1200, 1220, 1451, 1530 AND 1551:
Hold down the clear key for approximately 5 seconds.
ARM-160, AR-160, 161, 162, 163, 200, 201, 205, 207 AND 501:
Hold down the zero key.
ARM-280, 350, 450 AND 550:
Press & hold copy key (left side of panel) it should flash copy output, print output & total
output (we need total output).
ARP-350:
Hit menu twice, say ok, scroll down to cust.settings, say ok, select “tray set”, scroll down
to total count, say ok, it should then say display? Say ok again. Write down that meter.
AR-228, 235, 250, 275, 285, 286, 287, 335, 336, 337, 405, 407, 505 AND 507:
Press & hold copy key-located on the far left side of the copier.
AR-650, 651 & 800:
Mechanical meter is on top of copier or inside the front door.
SF-2014, 2022, 2025, 2027, 2114, 2116, 7800, 7900, 8300, 8500 AND 8800:
Press and hold down the zero key (it may have a diamond on it).
SF-2030,2035,2040,2050,2052,2514,2530,2540,5132, SD-2060,2175,2260,2275,3062:
Press and hold down the scroll key (right arrow key) or the zero key.
COLOR COPIERS…ARC-150, 160, 250 AND 260:
Hold down copy key (located on far left side of copier).
If networked please follow these steps:
- hit custom setting key op program
- Enter key op code - should be 00000, unless you changed it
- Press total count – then hit print
- Fax us what prints out along with the meter reading form that has your company name on it.
